I learnt most of my programming language late, i think am like 10 to 11 languages now though. But for someone who runs operations like Computer Network Operations as a contractor, i still have to keep studying and practicing, and totally keep getting better. Things in cyber change real fast, its always important to keep up.

Due to that i wished i learnt how to program and code early, i have tried my best to make sure my little kids learnt the aspects of it.  Immediately you learn how to code or you are better in Math and Science, making difficult decisions when need arises gets easier.

Teach them some Assembly and simpler HTML. Ask them to make small websites at home. Teach those things you wished you learnt early.
